I'm awfully sorry, it was my stupid patch. the Radius in IsPointInPad() should
be signed, not Cardinal; in IsPointInBox(), too.
I posted a patch agaist the current CVS (drc.patch in PCB Tracker patches, ID
1791392, where my patch for slanted pads was placed - it is closed now).
please, fix it.
