Yup.  I posted it because it is a worst-case schenario for the GTK
renderer.

Use "pcb -x gerber hellboard.pcb".  It's faster.

A few seconds, but only because the lesstif gui defers all redraws
until it's idle, which cuts down on the number of times we call the
dicer.

The dicer is, well, suboptimal.  The Gtk hid just calls it more than
the lesstif one goes, so it's more effected by it.
