Hi Carlos,

I'd very much prefer that we keep all the tools in the gEDA suite licensable 
under the GPLv2+, until it's decided to move them *as a whole* to GPLv3+.

Otherwise upstream maintainers will have the hassle of sorting through 
licenses and potentially having to manually split stuff up into separate, 
differently-licensed packages -- at a time when we're trying to make things 
easier by integrating the build system and bringing stuff together!

Ales' input is very much required here.
