It isn't truth. My friend has KDE on his machine. When I log in to him
and run konqueror, browse some pages, and then shut down the browser
(which is a native browser of KDE), about 10 processes still remain running
there, consuming memory:

These are the processes that remain running after shutting down konqueror:

konqueror also generates messages like these:

konqueror: ERROR: Error in BrowserExtension::actionSlotMap(), unknown action :

QPixmap: Invalid pixmap parameters

He always gets upset I leave 10 processes permanently running on his computer
after I log off. I always reply "I just run your favourite browser".

Are you sure this is what you mean by the word "quality"? I call such things "a
bloated piece of shit full of internal errors".

If you are going to use arguments like "kde is quality" in discussion about
bugzilla, then, yes, it's possible you are going to say "bugzilla is good" and
me "bugzilla is a piece of shit" and both will be right, because each of us
will use completely uncorrelated definition of what is good and what is bad.
