The placeholder symbol is a very good idea. It directly leads you to an error
in the schematic.

It works fine, when I load a new schematic.

It does not come up when I do a page reload.
I came to it, when I changed the name of a symbol in a shell, while gschem was
running.

Is there a possibility to bring up the placeholder symbol as well?

Peter
