Yeah, there is a bug somewhere. Do you see this on a schematic

I'm pretty convinced this bug happens when a component is rotated/mirrored.
I will play and try to reproduce this as well.
Peter, I also reproduced the bug you reported dealing with
Page Revert. I'm pretty sure these two bugs are related.
