Guys and gals -- I have updated the footprint doc incorporating suggestions from DJ and Stefan. I hope that it is now in a shape where it reflects the current status of PCB itself. Also, for the first time I have explicitly placed the doc under the GFDL. Thanks to Steve Meier for agreeing to this (and for originating the doc in the first place).
