Sierra Proto Express has changed their flat pricing model for no-touch boards. The price now varies by size and lead time. For the boards I want to make, the price has doubled.
Also note that the unit prices don't always go down for increased quantity. Unfortunately I already purchased the parts so I could ensure footprints were right...
