I looked at the autonumber feature briefly but with a preconceived notion that it wouldn't do all of the pages of a flat schematic. From your comment it seems maybe this is wrong. If I select the "whole hierarchy" instead of "current page" will autonumber number reference designators across all pages of a flat schematic?
