Apologies if this has been answered in the archives but my searches haven't thrown anything up (is there a direct search of the mailing list archive available?)
Is there a way in PCB to get "doughtnut" pads for pins and vias rather than solid fills? In the past, I've used such a thing to assist with hand-drilling - a very small copper-clear area in the middle of a pad will centre the drill nicely if I drill after etching.
