include a direct pdf option. Separate directories for gerber, ps, & pdf would be great.

My thought was to convert it to PDF and you need it to be one file for that; most PDF viewers (and some PS viewers) let you print specific pages from a multi-page file (yes, I put in the right commands to mark the pages for that).
