Sorry about that. When logged in as Admin, Moderator, or a user added with full permissions. I can't even removed the first story telling about the passwords for the Admin/Moderator.

Are you logged in as the Admin (root user) or as a "normal" Story Admin user? In the latter case, please check your topic permissions carefully. You need to have proper access to the topic before you can post stories under it.
