I compiled Geeqie 1.0 for my main working station (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64 bits). Everything was smooth and Geeqie is working well.
Strangely I lost the possibility of opening a picture in Nautilus with Geeqie when I right click and choose Open with or when I double click Geeqie (it is the default option). Geeqie opens but is empty, showing the root of my /home/user directory. I can see a small "!" exclamation mark on the right bottom side of Geeqie for a few seconds when it opens. I tried with file properties, giving Geeqie as image viewer; I even tried to edit /etc/mailcap... No chance... Someone have an idea? By the way I do have the same behavior on my netbook (Ubuntu 11.04 with Unity) and Ubuntu's own Geeqie package.
