I went to try champlain support, and noticed: configure.in in 1.0 wants champlain 0.4
champlain 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 are in pkgsrc, separately (a hint that the API is unstable) champlain 0.10 was just released So I wonder: is there any good reason (still) geeqie support wants 0.4, rather than targetting 0.10 does anyone know of reasons why it would be desirable to support old versions? is anyone working on this?
