Any help would be appreciated.

I "dream" of a software solution that helps prioritize bugs and keep
track on it. However, a list of unique bugs in a more or less simple
form would be helpful from the begin. (And not-a-bug bugs sorted out)

That could be the hardest job. I know of some bug reports that is not
easily to reproduce. And without being able to clearly reproduce, it is
hard to fix it in most of the time.

I do not think of a unit test system as I am even not sure if we can
implement one for a GUI application. But some easy steps to reproduce a
bug would be a begin.
