Sayang, Indonesia, dulu, telah mengabaikan utk menerima akhli orang asing utk memimpin institusi2 di Indonesia. Bahkan dulu WN nya yg ber-keakhlian kalau pulang tidak dipermudah tetapi dipersulit. Entah, sampai sekarang juga begitu? Tidak tahu apa motifnya yg sebenarnya, gengsi? harga diri? nasionalis seperti tsb dibawah atau inferiority complex atau pemimpin2 institusi kalau sudah duduk di singgasana secara enak, tidak mau turun?
