At 12.10am, a man was severely injured and fell into coma after being assaulted by mob in white. Many protestors in black were assaulted by mob in white using wooden sticks. At 12.45am, several men in white returned to the adjoining shopping mall in Yuen Long MTR Station to assault civilians. Legislative Councillor, Lam Cheuk-ting sustained mouth injuries and he was admitted to Tuen Mun Hospital for further treatment. The mob in white started in a peaceful march against ‘violent riots’ from Fung Yau Street North yesterday evening. There was no untoward incident during the march. However, the peaceful demonstration led to calamity when they started to shout ‘If you see anyone in black, assault them!’. First, it was a youth in black who was surrounded by over 10 others in white and the mob started to occupy the platforms and trains in Yuen Long MTR Station.
