Setiap empire lenyap/mundur seperti Junani, Romawi. Juga sistim demokrasi dgn pemerintahan yg dimenangkan dgn pemilihan umum yg biasanya korup (lobbying, pengaruh media/uang dll) dan setiap 4-5 tahun berganti, susah utk memajukan negara.
Why can't other developing nations compete with China as their labour costs are much lower? https://www.quora.com/Why-cant-other-developing-nations-compete-with-China-as-their-labour-costs-are-much-lower https://www.quora.com/profile/Muhammed-Borhanuddin Muhammed Borhanuddin https://www.quora.com/profile/Muhammed-Borhanuddin, lives in Dhaka, Bangladesh (2018-present) Updated Mar 26 https://www.quora.com/Why-cant-other-developing-nations-compete-with-China-as-their-labour-costs-are-much-lower/answer/Muhammed-Borhanuddin https://www.quora.com/# There are few factors. It’s not just cheap labor that makes a country competitive, there’s a lot more behind it. China has a lot of its own reasons that make it competitive in production/service costs. In other words, most of other developing countries leg behind of China in many ways—a condition that keeps them less competitive than China in global stage. China has the highest numbers of linking industries in almost every sector. And it has the highest numbers of associate industries to support/supply the forntier industries that feed the world. China has the highest numbers of well-trained workers in every level in the industries of every sector—from labor level to management. By the recent decades, China has developed its infrastructures and service sectors which outpace almost all other developing countries by a long stride. China’s transport and logistic facilities have made movements of materials, services and work forces much easier, faster and cheaper. Then there are other factors. China is 100% Chinese. One greater ethnicity, therefore more cohesion and harmony among the Chinese work forces. The Chinese work in exclusive Chinese way, which is, they are better motivated, integrated and more hard working than many other ethnic peoples around the world. Professionalism of the workforce is much higher among the Chinese people compared with the average people in other developing nations. Gender difference does not impact in workplace and workload. Both male and female do the same jobs no matter how hard is that, unless any work that needs masculine muscles. While in most developing countries, especially Muslim-majority countries, the great majority of the females stay at home and are depended on males. This means that these countries have less workforce available, while China has the largest workforce in the world. And they are reliable. Then there are other factors again. Socio-political stability plays a very important role in developing a country, particularly economically. One sort of government uninterruptedly governs the Chinese nation for decades, which means the pace of progress/development has not been interrupted as well. In most other developing countries, every 5–10 years government changes and which also makes changes to their policies and development programs. And mostly corrupt. Thus development programs and pace are interrupted. The Chinese government is more focused on development of the country/nation than governments in many other developing countries. The Chinese government is more tactical, professional and long term goal-oriented. It is tough on terms and conditions when it comes about foreign investors coming in. While most other developing nations are weaker on this point. Even, the people are confused and divided on foreign investments. Look at the advanced developing countries like Pakistan and Sri Lanka or even near-developed Malaysia (on Chinese investments) or Bangladesh (on Indian investments). Because the government itself often is not clear of the deals. Chinese government seriously patronizes its private sectors, by either or both subsidies and incentives. The Chinese people have more confidence in their government (although it is somewhat politically communist, autocratic and seemingly oppressive), than most other developing nations (which are so-called democratic and in some ways more oppressive). The people have reasons to not trust them. Ambition and Responsibility. The Chinese government has a long vision to bring its people out of poverty and to make China a world power. It has prepared China as a default competitive production powerhouse of the world. Today, not only the poor/developing countries but also the rich/developed ones have no competitive advantage over China. The above factors have served as foundation to shape the Chinese industrial and service sectors like a well-equipped army to fight a war worldwide. With every element from a constable to the General, from artillery, navy to air force, from logistic to combat. This is one of the major factors that posits China at a competitive advantage over many others. The combined positivity of infrastructure, stability, productivity and professionalism helps China to attract much more foreign buyers/investors than many other developing countries are able to do. And almost all of these buyers/investors are from the first world. Even, the world-class brands like Apple or Boeing are using China’s professional manpower and infrastructure for their productions or supplies. Moreover, these wealthy investors either add, create or develop infrastructure of China and world-class manufacturing units there for their own sake which ultimately adds to China’s benefits. This is what, altogether, makes China more competitive over others.
