Saya berpendapat latihan olahraga/gerak badan dari negara Asia seperti Tai Chi 
dan Yoga lebih unggul dari cara olahraga dari negara Barat seperti jogging dll, 
terutama utk orang yg sudah berumur. Kedua cara olahraga tsb sebelumnya adalah 
sekarang popular di-negara2 Barat. Pusat "Taoist"Tai Chi yg mula2 didirikan 
oleh ahli silat dari Kuil Shaolin di Toronto, Kanada, dimana cabang2nya 
sekarang telah tersebar ke 26 negara. Banyak lain2 macam Tai Chi selain 
"Taoist" style, misal "Yang" style dll. Saya mengikuti Taoist Tai Chi sudah 4 
tahun tetapi masih belum lancar dan harus belajar terus, yg boleh dikata adalah 
"long life learning". Taoist Tai Chi (TTC) mempunyai 108 gerakan yg berbeda dan 
memerlukan ketenangan dan konsentrasi supaya bisa melakukan 108 gerakan ini. 
TTC juga disebut "Moving meditation". Istri saya sudah melakukan TTC lebih dari 
15 tahun tetapi juga masih harus belajar terus. Dia pernah mengikuti Yoga 
tetapi lebih tidak diteruskan sebab agak membosankan karena tidak bergerak 
banyak walaupun juga mempunyai unsur meditasi juga. Unsur meditasi ini yg tidak 
ada di olahraga Barat. Saya mendapat email dari Harvard University tsb dibawah, 
yg menerangkan keuntungan2 dari Tai Chi. Harvard University adalah universitas 
yg ternama, jadi pasti keuntungan2 yg disebutkan telah teruji secara klinis 
(bukan asal ceplas-ceplos).
