These weren't running because it couldn't delete the old runs because
some of the files belonged to root, specifically some belonging to the
SPARC long regressions. I deleted the directory manually and (hopefully)
everything will just work tomorrow night. It would probably be best if
we only ran regressions in place manually as a last resort since it
tends to introduce problems like this.
