Our minimum python is still 2.4 and will not be 2.7 for quite some time (if ever since I think we'd go to the 3.x branch before we move that far forward with 2.x). If we really want argparser, we can stick it in ext/. The license is PSF which looks to me to be reasonable enough. I'm not sure if we have a compelling enough reason to allow it though.
