Hey, just so I don't forget, in case I'm wrong, in case somebody else
wants to take care of it, etc. I noticed that there's a little chunk of
code at the end of the fetch function in O3 that says it's doing
something for fetch pipelining. There's a check on there for
!curMacroop, but there's nothing on there for !inRom. You could be
fetching microops from the ROM with no associated macroop and not need
to fetch from memory, so I'm thinking that's probably not quite right.
