This question doesn't make much sense to me. SLICC is a builder. See
src/mem/protocol/SConscript.
I think SLICC's emitter function emits required .cc and .hh files, which
get removed. I don't know how this happens and I might be wrong over here
in my understanding. SLICC's action function writes these files again,
which are ultimately compiled. Note that SLICC here refers to the Scons'
Builder instantiated in src/mem/protocol/SConscript. I am wondering if it
is possible to retain the files that the emitter function emitted.
