[gem5-dev] Patches related to O3 CPU

I have posted some patches related to the O3 CPU on the review board. With 
these patches, I am able to run the FS regressions for X86, ARM and ALPHA 
(with stats being updated). I am also able to run X86 FS with Ruby (single 
and four processor configurations).
