It looks like they were already hooked up for ARM. Oddly, there seems to be two 
offsets in the system call table to that correspond to getrlimit. One of them 
is apparently an old mapping. The old mapping was not hooked up, so I hooked it 
up and uploaded a new diff just to be safe.
