Hi Taylor, I would think that your patch could get accepted in about ~2 weeks worth of patch review if you use the reviewboard system.
It'd be good to know, how you tested this patch and does it break/integrate with other branch predictors? If all is well, I'd say things can be pushed through without much pain. The Reviewboard consolidates those questions (what's changed? how does it relate to other surrounding code? how have you tested it?) in a nice format.
