Hello all, First, I'd like to thank everyone who has contributed to the document so far. We've had a lot of good conversations, and I think we've created a solid footing for gem5 to stand on in the future. The next step is finalizing the document. I see two different ways to achieve this.
1) Form the PMC, and then allow the PMC to go through the ratification process. 2) Ratify the document with the whole community, then form the PMC. I believe 1) will be faster, but it is possibly less inclusive. On the other hand, the document has been available for editing for two weeks. Hopefully, everyone has had a chance to make their changes. What are the thoughts of the community? Also, how are we going to form the initial PMC?
