I suspect these changed regressions are correct after my recent
MessageBuffer and/or cache latency parameter changes. However, I don't have
the binaries to run FS or cpu2000 regression tests. Are these available
somewhere (I can re-run them, but there isn't any info on the regressions
page <http://gem5.org/Regression_Tests>)?

It looks like the SPARC FS t1000 test has been broken for a while.
