tests: Add a test for KVM boot then switching cpus

A simple test for the switchable processor to boot linux, switch cpus,
then simulate to completion. The current boot disk requires a maximum
number of ticks must be specified to simulate after switching, however
this test will run to completion with a boot disk that reads in a script
to run with m5 readfile by running m5 exit twice.
