arch-arm: Map MPIDR_EL1 to AArch32 version
As of now the mapping is not actually needed:
the MPIDR and MPIDR_EL1 registes are both read using the same helper
(readMPIDR). In the future we could store the getMPIDR result in the
AArch32 version without the need to re-calculate the fix affinity
numbers
