Specifying the right bus in the MP tables partially fixed the
kernel's handling of interrupts, but there was also a semi-corner case
bug in how one of the instructions was microcoded which was also
partially breaking things. I have a patch and I've verified it fixes the
problem, and I'm running the X86_SE regressions on zizzer to see if
those changed and to update them if appropriate.

My question is, should I push this into the stable repo? I'm
thinking yes but I figured I'd check before needlessly causing headaches.
