Hi, The simulation seems abnormally slow or it has already frozen.

Could anyone give some suggestions about what parameters influence the
simulation speed?
I have 3GiB Memory, but once when I was doing SE mode simulation of SPEC
benchmark, it shows that "out of memory." Is that a reason of slow
simulation?

Any suggestion is appreciated.
