I think you'll need to change the OS as it can move the threads around at any time. Now if it's just the cores you want to move (because they're asymmetrical in some way) you could make cpuN be some other CPU in the eyes of the kernel by exchanging ThreadContexts between the CPU, but I'm not sure what you want to do.
