Hi Marcos, I am not familiar with what it is you are trying to accomplish, but I for power modelling of any existing CPU I would suggest to have a look at: http://www.powmon.ecs.soton.ac.uk/powermodeling/
We recently posted a set of patches that enable you to easily couple such power models to gem5.
