HI Zamshed, Can you give more information? Is gem5 crashing or is the application running on the guest? Where is the segfault occuring? Have you tried using gdb to track down the problem?
If you're using gem5-stable, you should update to gem5 (repo.gem5.org/gem5). That may just fix the problem.
