What if memory was busy when u call the "sendTiimingReq" for WritebackDirty packet. In insert() function, when you call memport.sendTimingReq for WritebackDirty blocks, you don't save them in blocked Packet, in case Memory is blocked and called 'sendReqRetry()" later.
