Hi, Ali, Thanks for you help. I have created a blank image and copy Gentoo stage 3 in it. Everything seems OK, but when I used it to run M5 in FS mode, I got an error below: * Warning: unable to open an initial console. Restarting system*.
The simulator just quit from there. The default console I used is downloaded from the website and runs fine if I use the default image download from the website. How can I solve this problem. Thanks ! Try creating it in /tmp or create it as root. Ali On Feb 21, 2009, at 10:26 AM, Veydan Wu wrote: > Hi Ali, Thanks for you reply about using Gentoo stage 3 image on > creating my own linux image.
