I am the assigned Genart reviewer for draft-ietf-imss-fc-zs-mib-03.txt.
but I have not reviewed this draft in detail.
I have done a light scan and skimmed the imss archives. It appears
to have had input and review by highly competent people and to not
have attracted any controversy near the end of its preparation. It
doesn't
appear to do anything unusual.
With the caveats above, I believe this document is ready for
publication.
