David - Based on your and Randall's responses, I had expected to see text about the profile parameter similar to the existing text about the codec parameter (such as what's at the bottom of page 8) added to the draft to address my point 1 (which I was expecting would take care of point 3 as a side-effect), and a discussion about the term profile to address my point 2. I'm not spotting either of those in this revision?
