The document was not updated since my initial review, so the only nit I mentioned in that review is still to be fixed. Major issues: None Minor issues: None Nits/editorial comments: There is one nit easy to fix - bracketed references of the RFCs updated by this document. are used in the Abstract. These need to be replaced by textual references to the RFCs.
