This is great and a motivation for us to go through past and new ideas

If more guys would stand up to the more abusive guys instead of staying
silent, it would solve probably half of our problems with bias, insults,
harassment, etc.
Major note: The talk page is almost exclusively put downs of the project
and even of women. I will have to re-read more carefully and reply to
at least the worst one(s). Hope a few people will do so as well.
