My pleasure. The first time I did one of these, it was with hearing-impaired in mind. These are very time-consuming, but every time I do one, I am reminded again of how lucky I am to be able to hear. There does not seem to be one standard location for posting these. I see Jimmy's 2014 Wikimania speech ended up at Wikisource https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Jimmy_Wales_Speaks_at_Closing_Ceremony_of_Wikimania_2014 but Sumana's keynote from last year is at the WikiiConference USA website http://wikiconferenceusa.org/wiki/2014/Sumana_Harihareswara_keynote although there is audio and video on Commons. No doubt these will also be processed in due course and magically appear somewhere with all the proper attributions.
