I have been told that Comcast and Roadrunner are monitoring for those of us that use cable internet for our stations and that are paying regular residential rates and are attempting to force us to a business class services starting at 90+ a month

I run a weather station off same computer. That's it. Never had the problem just started today. It's stable now not doing it. Not sure if my server was doing it or not. I talk to them about it. I feel maybe them. I tried using another computer on another DSL line and got same thing. So, I didn't think it was my computer or lines. I guess after testing I come the conclusion it was my server.
