They are both at 12 o'clock.  I also do not use the default SAM level. It is

about 80 percent. I also have the Realtek card input at 70 percent. Also 
make sure that the audio boost (if you have a realtek card) is OFF.

I am thinking that it is just a matter of balancing all the audio level that
