Is there a way to monitor a stream to know when it buffers?
I was thinking maybe its possible to write an app using windows media player to listen all the time and notify via email or sms if the player buffers. That is if windows media player has api to return that info. I am having problem with a stream provider and don't have time to monitor the stream all the time. On that note, I am with broadstreamer.com right now, I may be looking for a replacement if anyone has a suggestion. Something in the same price range. Thanks
