Delroy, I looked back over your tickets for the past year or so. I see a trend there, you put in a ticket, but then you never respond to it, you then put in a second or third ticket and never respond to it after we answer, finally you put in another ticket, saying that you have been trying to contact us and no one is helping you. In every single one of your tickets, you have been given the link to your secure client section to download SAM Broadcaster 3.5.0, along with the email and password needed.
Please go to http://www.spacialaudio.com/helpdesk and log in with your email address and password you chose, and then look at the replies to your tickets. All of them have been replied to. The key that you have is a legitimate key, it will work with a full version of SAM 3.5.0; you just need to download it from your secure client section.
