I looked back over your tickets for the past year or so. I see a trend
there, you put in a ticket, but then you never respond to it, you then put
in a second or third ticket and never respond to it after we answer, finally
you put in another ticket, saying that you have been trying to contact us
and no one is helping you. In every single one of your tickets, you have
been given the link to your secure client section to download SAM
Broadcaster 3.5.0, along with the email and password needed.

Please go to http://www.spacialaudio.com/helpdesk and log in with your email
address and password you chose, and then look at the replies to your
tickets. All of them have been replied to.

The key that you have is a legitimate key, it will work with a full version
of SAM 3.5.0; you just need to download it from your secure client section.

I have been having problems for two weeks now and have reache out to
Spacial's Support and no in support has the courtesy of getting back to me.
Louis did however and I'm yet to get any resolution to my concerns.
   
  I purchase SAM and my key doesn't work anymore, so I have been running the
Demo version as i cannot gain access to the full version because of the
non-working key to access it. Now i am 3 days before this demo expires and
still trying to get this issue resolved. the ticket number is: T28643, and
may i add that this may have been my 5th or 6th attempt?
