I have been having problems for two weeks now and have reache out to Spacial's Support and no in support has the courtesy of getting back to me. Louis did however and I'm yet to get any resolution to my concerns. I purchase SAM and my key doesn't work anymore, so I have been running the Demo version as i cannot gain access to the full version because of the non-working key to access it. Now i am 3 days before this demo expires and still trying to get this issue resolved. the ticket number is: T28643, and may i add that this may have been my 5th or 6th attempt?
