acutally when it came to technicall needs they were the worst company i have delt with the problem isnt ipowerweb persay it is however how they staff their tech support
they outsource to indian country customer service companies who actually do one of three things to help when they call A) they look it up in their own FAQ section and stupidly PASTE the information back to you (that never answered any questions i had because i had alreadly looked at the FAQ hence the reason for sending a support ticket) B) they sit there with you on hte phone and do a google search ( the internet is flawed as we all know so why would they use Google for legitimate customer needs?)
