I specifically asked why he was not co-sponsoring the House Bill. His response was pretty specific and short. He does not feel that a legislative solution is needed. How do we counter this ideology? I am not real politically involved. But I do see the point, even though it may not apply to this situation. Many times we look for legislative intervention in matters that are not specifically a legislative issue. We have too many laws on the books now. However, correct me if I am wrong, this issue IS a legislative issue. Congress enacted the royalty process in the first place. And if I understand it correctly, we (webcasters) feel that this legislative body is out of hand with their proposal. Is that correct?
