on the request error screen is there an IP address showing up? of so.. copy that one into your ALLOWED REQUESTS section of the SAM config

Although the Port Check tool can see the correct port, when I click request (using the setup that comes Standard with SAM) I get an error message that the request failed: "Station might be offline, or connection is being blocked. (Err#: 803)" I'm guessing that I need to put the correct IP into the "Only accept requests from these IP addresses" but I can't figure out what that should be.
